Pen and paper

When I was growing up I loved writing. I wasn't good at it though. I loved reading as well, but I would take decades to finish a story book of hare and hyena. Many children during our time didn't believe in reading story books. 

They believed that there was more to life than sitting down and throwing your afternoon to waste, reading why a snake has no waist. I would get distracted and whenever I had my reading moods back, the book would be no longer as interesting.

As I grew up and learnt a few new things I realized I could tell romantic stories quite well. I wrote a story about highschool lovers. I don't remember the tittle I gave it, but I remember they met at a bus stop on a closing day when it was heavily raining.

 The story was so awesome and captivating that it got attention from quite a number of classmates. Mixed reactions came in the sad ending of the story where I killed the beautiful lady and as if that was not enough  buried her in a black coffin and forced her boyfriend to be watering the flowers on her grave each day. I don't know whether he stopped, I'm sorry for him. I hope he healed...

When I was in college I realized I could write better and decided to create a platform to be exploiting my writing potential. I didn't have a good name in mind so I named it pro and it became Prodigital. 

I want to write more. I want to hammer more words into amazing anecdotes. I want to mould words to make meaning. I want to tell stories. I want to hear your story and I want to tell you mine. What have you experienced ? At my disposal is a pen and a paper.
